RECONSTRUCTION OF THE BRIDGE AT XEPAC
Stan, the storm that hit Guatemala, frought down this bridge. PAVA, the community and a dependence of the government have joined forces to reconstruc this bridge.
The impresive tube the channel the water, the gavions and the men working will certainly make this a sturdy reconstructed bridge.
Cement, received as a donation from a private company. is being received by the community.
More gavions and walls directing the water made it possible by the work done so far to resist the heavy rains that hit Guatemala again this Octuber 2011.
Although there is still some work to be done, at the beginning of 2012 the wirk has advanced.
The fill is missing, but hopefully this will happen these days.
